MAX MOBILAIR INSTALLATIONS

MAX MOBILAIR 1.5 SC is shown with a 6-inch diameter 10-foot long SUPERFLEX source capture arm. The MOBILAIR 3.0 SC is shipped with an 8-inch diameter 10-foot long arm.

The MOBILAIR is available in a dual arm version with either 4-inch, 6-inch or 8-inch diameter arms and a variety of blower/motor packages to suit most applications.

The cartridge filter elements are cleaned through an integrated reverse-pulse jet cleaning system, with filter access made easy through a large swing-type side door and a cam lifting mechanism to lock the filters in place without the need for tools.

A washable pre-filter helps to protect the cartridge filter from the direct impact of large particles as well as impacting some sparks that have inadvertently gained passage toward the filter element.

Following the filter cleaning process, the dust will fall directly into the trays at the bottom of the unit. These trays must be emptied periodically.

The extended surface area of the discharge plenum allows for easy and efficient inclusion of HEPA or carbon after-filter media.

Another version of the MOBILAIR is the mobile back-draft model which is available with or without a capture arm. This unit is suitable for applications where ambient dust control is preferred. Simply roll this unit in close proximity to the location where the particulate is being generated and it will effectively be drawn away from the operator.

This is the sophisticated MOBILAIR pulse jet filter cleaning system generally not found on competitive equipment of this nature.
