Designed primarily for the capture and control
of coolant and machining oils, that if left untreated, pose
a very real health and safety hazard for any industrial environment.
A certain safety concern if inhaled, these problematic mists
and vapors, cause slippery floors and drastically increase
cleaning and maintenance costs, all the while creating an
unpleasant and dangerous workplace.
MAX MISTAIR units are available in various capacities and
configurations that allow for easy adaptation for most any
application where the source capture of coolants or oils are
necessary. Employing the most advanced filter media, the MAX
MISTAIR units can be considered as virtually self-cleaning
through gravity drip, where the accumulated liquid residue
is stored in an internal sump with drain fitting or collected
in an external barrel.
Modular in its conception, MAX MISTAIR units can be installed
individually where lower air volumes are required or grouped
together in multiples where larger air volumes are necessary.
