The MAX FLEXAIR source capture arm has been
designed without the restrictions of cables and springs that
impede most arms from tight maneuvers such as the one being
demonstrated in the photo.

The MAX FLEXAIR patented design ensures positive
positioning and ease of movement through a counter-weighted
forearm and balanced gas springs at the shoulder joint.

Shown in the photo above are two FLEXAIR
arms mounted back to back on a center post and ducted to a
centralized exhaust system.

Depicted in the photo above are a series of FLEXAIR arms
ducted to a central system.

Should an extended reach be required, FLEXAIR
arms can be mated with pivoting extension booms as shown above.

Multiple arm installation ducted to a 24-cartridge filter
unit at the exterior of the building.

The high degree of flexibility allows the
FLEXAIR arm/boom to fold out of the way when not in use or
when overhead cranes or lift trucks are placing work in the
welding space or on the work table.

Overall customer satisfaction
