Environmental work stations comprise either a stand alone
dust collector conveniently named a POWER MODULE as shown
above, whereby the self-contained unit houses filters, filter
cleaning system and a blower motor assembly. This unit alone
or in conjunction with others will be incorporated into a
custom built booth comprised of walls and ceiling (lighting,
etc.) to create a work space to control dust, smoke and other
bothersome contaminants from traveling throughout the plant.
The POWER MODULE is easily retrofitted to most any environment.
Shown above is the precise example of a customer buying individual
POWER MODULES and constructing hid own enclosure to suit his
application.
Alternatively, we provide turn-key systems whereby we will
conceive and construct an environmental work booth from the
ground up. This FIXAIR-EB set-up comprises a factory engineered
solution providing the customer with a straight forward installation
once the equipment arrives on-site. Both our stand alone POWER
MODULES and our turn-key EB systems offer ‘Pushair’
regain plenums as options.
Shown above is a turn-key installation with sound mats,
Pushair plenum and a crane slot directly down the center line
of the roof.
In this application a ‘soft-wall’
enclosure was used to redefine the dusty area of a customer’s
plant. Though difficult to make out in the photo, regain ‘Pushair’
ductwork was once again used to enhance and create a positive
air flow in the direction of the dust collection units.
