Shown above is a typical FIXAIR dust collector with large
front access doors to the vertically hung cartridge filters,
side mounted compressed air reservoir (accumulator) integral
for the reverse pulse jet cleaning system, hopper and stand.
This unit can be floor mounted or suspended with a dust drawer
in place of the hopper should the dust loading be low and
minimal storage needed. Depicted above is a top mounted direct
drive blower/motor pack, however the dust collector can be
purchased without this equipment.

For smaller applications requiring an economical solution,
we offer the FIXAIR-DC 2 which is a two cartridge unit complete
with manually initiated reverse pulse jet filter cleaning
systems, integrated blower motor ranging from 1.5 HP to 5
HP with capacities from 500 CFM to 2500 CFM. This can be floor
mounted with a hopper, stand and drum or simple dust drawer
or suspended, as needed.

This 2-cartridge unit, with inlet on the hopper
and dust pail was installed at a metal wire basket manufacturer
and directly connected to two belt sanders with custom capture
shrouds shown following.

Shown above and below are both an overall
representation of a central dust collection system as well
as a highlighted equipment shot of an Airex dust collector
complete with a spark trap, fan and return air silencer

Shown above is a FIAXIR unit suspended above
two welding table with two FLEXAIR counter-balanced source
capture arms directly ducted into the system.

A FIXAIR unit has been suspended with fan and return air silencer,
ducted to an overhead canopy hood above a welding station
and as well to a source capture arm for a second work station.

A FIXAIR DC-2 has been mounted on a wall support bracket to
offer some needed source capture of dust that had become a
nuisance from a blast cabinet.

Custom designed capture shrouds which were designed and installed
on skate sharpening machines.

A 24-cartridge Airex dust collector was installed a this metal
manufacturing company with a 10,000 CFM 50 HP fan and inlet
spark trap (drop out box).

Drop out box located in-line before the filter unit.

Remote mounted fan.
